the Report:
The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (‘Bank’) informs that on 30 October 2026 it received a letter from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (‘PFSA’), in which the PFSA (with reference to the Pillar II (P2G) recommended capital add-on determination manual) informed that in the supervisory assessment process, the Bank's sensitivity to the possible materialisation of stress scenarios affecting the level of own funds and risk exposure it assessed as low.
The total capital add-ons recommended under Pillar II, offset by the capital conservation buffer requirement, amount to 0.00 percentage points at the standalone level and 0.00 percentage points at the consolidated level.
Having regard to the above, the PFSA did not impose an additional capital add-on (P2G) for absorption of potential losses resulting from the occurrence of stress conditions.
