Balance confirmations for 2021 can be downloaded via the iPKO biznes service.
The documents can be found in the Accounts menu → Year-end balances confirmation → Account type (accounts, deposits, loans, prepaid cards) → Download
- The confirmation of the account balance can be downloaded individually or in groups for selected accounts
- Users authorized to view balances can download confirmations without the necessity to grant additional rights
- If the user cannot download the confirmation, the administrator can grant the appropriate rights in iPKO biznes
