On 30 June 2012, PKO Bank Polski will stop providing services in the United Kingdom, which is tantamount to closing of the branch operating at 151 Shaftesbury Avenue in London. Its closure does not impact the scope of mutual obligations of the Bank and its Customers resulting from contracts concluded in the United Kingdom.
The website was prepared to provide handling of contracts concluded at the London branch. On the left, there are links to guidelines concerning the further handling of particular products including contact details to Bank employees.
At the same time the customers are kindly invited to visit selected bank branches in Poland. Two branches have been dedicated to English-speaking customers:
PKO Bank Polski Hotline for calls from outside Poland - 0 808 234 45 20 - for Polish-speaking customers 24/24 service, for English-speaking customers service from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (8 a.m. - 4 p.m. British time) 7 days a week, for calls from Poland - 0 801 302 302 - open 24/24 for Polish-speaking customers (For both above mentioned phone numbers the costs of call will be compliant with the Tariff of the local operator for local calls).
