Change to the Bank Account Rules

As of July 1st, 2025 we are introducing changes to the Bank Account Rules for corporate banking clients of PKO Bank Polski S.A.
The most important changes include:
- new provisions concerning the BLIK service,
- updates to the glossary of terms,
- revised procedures for handling complaints.
Other changes are of a formal or editorial nature.
The updated Rules are available at www.pkobp.pl and at the Corporate Client Service Center.
What happens next?
- If you accept the changes, no action is required.
- If you do not accept the changes, you may terminate your agreement within 14 calendar days from the date you receive this notice.
