Because of the disclosure (on 15 March 2010) of the annual financial statement of PKO Bank Polski SA for the year ended 31 December 2009 and the consolidated annual financial statement of the Capital Group of PKO Bank Polski SA for the year ended 31 December 2009, PKO Bank Polski SA discloses an unofficial translation into English of these two reports.
