The report:
With reference to current report no. 46/2008 (dated 9 December 2008), the Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polskiego Spółka Akcyjna hereby states that on 12 May 2009 the Bank withdrew from negotiations conducted by PKO BP SA to acquire 99.92% of the shares in AIG Bank Polska S.A. and 100% of the shares in AIG Credit S.A.
