Further to the Current Report No. 22/2008, the Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna hereby informs that on 17 June 2008 the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (PFSA) consented to the appointment of Mr Jerzy Pruski as the President of the Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna.
