Content of the report:

The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (the “Bank”) informs that the Bank will publish the consolidated quarterly report of PKO Bank Polski S.A. Group for the 1^st quarter 2018, the disclosure date of which Bank previously set up for 23 May 2018 (Current Report No. 44/2017) on 22 May 2018. The Management Board of the Bank hereby informs that the Bank will publish the consolidated semi-annual report of the Bank’s Group with condensed stand-alone semi-annual financial statements for the 1^st half 2018, the disclosure date of which Bank previously set up for 29 August 2018 (Current Report No. 44/2017) on 28 August 2018.
