The Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna (“Bank”) hereby informs that Mr. Wojciech Papierak – the Vice-President of the Bank’s Management Board, informed Bank that he made a decision to resign from the applying for the election for the next term of office of the Bank’s Management Board.
