The report:

Referring to the current report No. 2/2011 dated 11 January 2011, the Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna (“Bank”) hereby informs that the Circuit Court in Warsaw – after earlier clarification by the claimant that the object of the action doesn't concern resolution No. 7/2010 adopted by the Bank's Ordinary General Meeting on 25 June 2010 (“OGM”) - by judgment of 1 March 2012 dismissed the action to declare the invalidity of the resolution No. 1/2010 adopted by the OGM, on the election of the Chairman of the Ordinary General Meeting and the resolution No. 18/2010 adopted by the OGM, on granting a vote of acceptance to a member of the Supervisory Board of the Bank for 2009. The aforementioned judgment is not yet legally valid.
