 The report:

Referring to the Current Report No. 77/2012 dated 27 September 2012,  the Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna hereby informs that on 8 January 2013 Mr. Piotr Mazur is appointed as the Vice - President of the Management Board, responsible for the matters of the risk management and collection in relation to the fact that the Polish Financial Supervision Authority gave consent to his appointment into the Management Board composition.
