Report No. 22/2016

Legal basis:

Paragraph 38.1.2b of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognised as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state.

The report:

The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (“Bank”) hereby reports that on 22 March 2016 has been adopted by the Bank’s Supervisory Board the consolidated version of the Bank’s Articles of Association, which incorporates the amendments adopted by resolution No. 16/2016 adopted by the Extraordinary Shareholder Meeting on 25 February 2016 on amendments to the Bank’s Articles of Association.

The amended wording of the Bank’s Articles of Association will be effective under the condition of requirement the Polish Financial Supervision Authority authorization and  from the date the amendments to the Bank’s Articles of Association are registered by the court of registration. The Bank will convey information about the registration of amendments to the Bank’s Articles of Association in a current report immediately after it receives a relevant decision of the registration court.

The consolidated version of the Bank’s Articles of Association forms an attachment to this report.
