The report:

PKO BP SA notifies that on 20th July, 2005 it was informed by PKO Inwestycje Sp. z o.o., its subsidiary, that the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, the 20th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, registered the increase of the share capital of POMERANKA Sp. z o.o., a subsidiary of PKO Inwestycje Sp. z o.o. The share capital of POMERANKA Sp. z o.o. amounts to PLN 4,000,000 and is divided into 40,000 shares of the nominal value of PLN 100 each. All the shares are owned by PKO Inwestycje Sp. z o.o., a subsidiary of Bank PKO BP SA.
