The report:

The Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna (“PKO BP S.A.”), referring to the obtained information, informs that Mr. Ireneusz Fąfara resigned on 30 September 2010 from the position of the member of PKO BP S.A. Supervisory Board. Presented by Mr. Ireneusz Fąfara reason of resignation is necessity of full concentration of his professional activity on tasks which lie before him in Orlen Lietuva.
