The report:

The Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna (the “Bank”) hereby informs that on 8 July 2011 the Bank was advised on a suit of a shareholder of the Bank to declare the invalidity of resolution No. 1/2011 adopted by the Bank's Extraordinary General Meeting of 14 April 2011, on the election of the Chairman of the Extraordinary General Meeting.
