Paragraph 5.1.21 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognised as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state.

The report:

The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (“Bank”) informs that on October 5^th, 2016 Mr. Piotr Alicki resigned from membership on the Management Board of the Bank, effective at the end of the day  October 30^th, 2016.  The reason for the resignation of Mr. Piotr Alicki is appointment to the position of President of the Management Board of Krajowa Izba Rozliczeniowa S.A.
