The report:

Referring to the Current Report No. 24/2011 dated 16 May 2011, the Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna (“Bank”) hereby informs that on 9 August 2011 the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (PFSA) unanimously consented to the appointment of Mr. Andrzej Kołatkowski as the Vice - President of the Bank’s Management Board, responsible for the matters of the risk management and collection.
