The Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna (“PKO BP SA”) informs that Mr. Jacek Obłękowski resigned from the position of the Vice - President of PKO BP SA Management Board as of 31 January 2007. The Management Board of PKO BP SA informs that Mr. Jerzy Osiatyński resigned from the position of the member of PKO BP SA Supervisory Board as of 31 January 2007.
