The Management Board of Powszecha Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna hereby informs that in current report No. 68/2011: - is: “The aforementioned judgment is not yet legally valid.” - should be: “The aforementioned judgment is legally valid. A cassation against the judgment may be filed to the Supreme Court.”
