The Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna (the "Bank") hereby informs that on 21 November 2013 Mr. Krzysztof Kilian– a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Bank – resigned from the position of the member of Supervisory Board of the Bank as of 21 November 2013.
