the Report:

The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (the “Bank”) informs about the release dates of periodic reports in 2025:

1. annual report of the Bank for the year ended 31 December 2024 and consolidated report of the Bank’s Group (“BG”) for the year ended 31 December 2024 – 13 March 2025,
2. consolidated quarterly report of the BG for the 1^st quarter 2025 – 13 May 2025,
3. consolidated semi-annual report of the BG and condensed standalone financial statement for the 1^st half 2025 – 13 August 2025,
4. consolidated quarterly report of the BG for the 3^rd quarter 2025 – 6 November 2025.
