the Report:

Following  delivery of the information from the Bank Guarantee Fund ("BGF") on 25 April 2023, the Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs that the annual contribution to the bank resolution fund as set by the BGF for 2023 (including the adjusted amount for 2022) amounts to PLN 261,922,078.65.

The overall annual contribution to the bank resolution fund set for 2023,  borne by the Bank’s Group (incl. the contributions of PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A.), amount to PLN 280,442,078.71. 

Abovementioned amount will be recognised in costs of the Bank’s Group in first quarter of 2023.
