Legal basis:

Paragraph 5 point 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognised as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state.

The report:

The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (“Bank”) hereby informs that the Bank learnt that the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register on 26 August 2019 registered the amendment to the Bank’s Articles of Association, adopted by the resolution No. 32/2018 of the Annual General Meeting on 18 June 2018.

The Bank’s Articles of Association were amended by adding in § 4.2 point 15) after letter c) the following wording of letter d):

“d) offering financial instruments,”.
