Content of the Report:

In connection with the information received on 15 April 2020 from the Bank Guarantee Fund ("BFG"), the Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs that the amount of the annual contribution for the bank resolution fund for 2020 set by the BFG is PLN 295,834,374.60.

Total contributions for the BFG (contribution for bank guarantee fund due for the first quarter of 2020 set by the BFG in the amount of PLN 82,943,717.03 and the above-mentioned annual contribution to the bank resolution fund for 2020) included in the Bank’s costs of the first quarter of 2020 amount to PLN 378,778,091.63.

Costs of contributions to the BFG of the Bank’s Group (with PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A. contributions) in the first quarter of 2020 amounts to PLN 401,285,568.44.
