The report:
The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (“Bank”) hereby announces that the Annual General Meeting of the Bank convened on 18 May 2018 (“AGM”), on a motion of one of the shareholders - the State Treasury, passed the resolution regarding calling an adjournment. The AGM will be continued on 18 June 2018 at 10 a.m. in the same place.
This shareholder in presented rationale to draft resolution indicated that due to a wide range of changes introduced in the year 2017 to the Banks’s Articles of Association adjusting its wording to the Act of 16 December 2016 on the principles of state property management and the obligation of the Bank’s Management Board to introduce in the articles of association and contracts of companies to which the Bank is a dominant entrepreneur within the meaning of Art. 4 point 3 of the Act of 16 February 2007 on Competition and Consumer Protection, requirements specified in Art. 17 item 1-6, Art. 18 para. 1, Art. 19 para. 1-6 and Art. 22 of above-mentioned act, there is a need to carry out additional analyzes of documents submitted to the AGM.
Additionally the Bank hereby publishes (as an enclosure to this report) the content of the resolutions adopted by the AGM on 18 May 2018.
