the Report:

The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (the "Bank") announces that its registered office address has changed from: 15 Puławska Street, 02-515 Warsaw, Poland, to: 36 Świętokrzyska Street, 00-116 Warsaw, Poland, with effect from 27 June 2025.

The new address of the Bank's registered office is also the new address for correspondence. Email addresses and the Bank's website address have not changed.
