The report:

With reference to the report No. 20/2022 the Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (“Bank”), hereby informs that on 31 October, 2023 the Bank decided to withdraw from the investment process relating to the potential acquisition by the Bank from Poczta Polska S.A. of the shares in Bank Pocztowy S.A. belonging to Poczta Polska S.A. i.e. 75% -10 shares of Bank Pocztowy S.A. (the “Transaction”), and decided to end any work relating to the Transaction.
