Further to the Report No. 17/2017 dated 29 May 2017, the Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (“Bank”) hereby informs that on 10 July 2017 the Moody’s Investors Service assigned provisional rating for the Loan Participation Note Programme (the EMTN Programme) of the Bank (press release: https://www.moodys.com/research/Moodys-assigns-PA3PP-2-senior-ratings-to-PKO-Bank-Polskis--PR_369144).

Long term senior unsecured debt issued under the programme will be rated at (P)A3 and short-term debt at (P)P-2.
