Paragraph 5.5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on 29 March 2018 on the current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for considering as equivalent the information required by law of a non-member state

 

The report:

The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (the “Bank”) informs that on 14 June 2024, the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (“PFSA”) unanimously expressed consent for the appointment of Mr. Szymon Midera as the President of the Bank’s Management Board.

The Supervisory Board of the Bank appointed Mr. Szymon Midera (with effect from 26 March 2024) as the President of the Bank’s Management Board, subject to the consent of the PFSA and upon obtaining such consent. Until that consent was obtained, Mr. Szymon Midera was the Vice President of the Bank’s Management Board managing the work of the Bank’s Management Board. Obtaining the said consent means that the condition of taking up the function of the President of the Bank's Management Board is fulfilled.
