The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski (the "Bank") informs that on 14 October 2021 Mr. Jan Emeryk Rościszewski resigned from the function of the President of the Bank's Management Board as well as from the membership in the Bank's Management Board with the effect at 22 October 2021.
