the Report:

With reference to report No. 31/2024, the Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. ("Bank") informs that following the today resolution of Supervisory Board revoking positive opinions concerning draft resolutions of the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) on granting the discharge of duties by Management Board’s members and Supervisory Board’s members for 2023, the content of one of the materials presented to the AGM has been changed. The current content of the draft resolutions of the AGM is attached to this report.
