the Report:

The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (the “Bank”) informs about the release dates of periodic reports in 2026:

1. annual report of the Bank for the year ended 31 December 2025 and consolidated report of the Bank’s Group (“BG”) for the year ended 31 December 2025 – 12 March 2026,
2. consolidated quarterly report of the BG for the 1^st quarter 2026 – 14 May 2026,
3. consolidated semi-annual report of the BG and condensed standalone financial statement for the 1^st half 2026 – 13 August 2026,
4. consolidated quarterly report of the BG for the 3^rd quarter 2026 – 5 November 2026.
