The report:
The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (the “Bank”) hereby informs that on March 11, 2026, the Supervisory Board of the Bank adopted a resolution to dismiss Mr. Marek Radzikowski from the Bank’s Management Board. The resolution came into force upon its adoption.
