the Report:

The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (the “Bank”) informs about the release dates of periodic reports in 2024:

1. annual report of the Bank for the year ended 31 December 2023 and consolidated report of the Bank’s Group (“BG”) for the year ended 31 December 2023 – 7 March 2024,
2. consolidated quarterly report of the BG for the 1^st quarter 2024 – 9 May 2024,
3. consolidated semi-annual report of the BG and condensed standalone financial statement for the 1^st half 2024 – 22 August 2024,
4. consolidated quarterly report of the BG for the 3^rd quarter 2024 – 7 November 2024.
