Please be advised that as of August 17th, 2021 we amend the content of the Rules of bank accounts for corporate market customers in PKO Bank Polski.
The most important provisions are as follows:
- we are adjusting the Rules to the new function of debit cards, i.e. possibility of connecting the master card account in PLN to a foreign currency account.
- we are adding the definition of the iPKO business mobile application and describing its functions
- we are including in the Rules provisions concerning "Virtual Accounts" and "Mass Outpayments".
Other amendments to the Rules are of formal nature.
Pursuant to the Rules, the Account Holder may terminate the current/auxiliary account agreement within 14 calendar days as of the notification receipt date, if they do not accept the changes to the Rules.
As a result of the termination notice, the account agreement will be terminated. The terms and conditions of termination are specified in the Rules.
