Effective from December 15, 2018, the "Rules of using prepaid debit cards" will be amended for:
- personalized prepaid debit cards,
- non-personalized prepaid debit cards,
- personalized prepaid debit cards for an EUR account,
- non-personalized prepaid debit cards for an EUR account
and the “Rules of using prepaid cards” will be amended for:
- personalized prepaid Business cards,
- non-personalized prepaid Business cards,
- personalized prepaid cards,
- non-personalized prepaid cards,
hereinafter referred to as “the Rules”. The change of the rules is related to the amendment of the act on payment services (PSD2).

Should you not accept the amendments of the above rules, with 14 calendar days from the receipt of this information, you are entitled to terminate the Agreement for issuing, using and maintaining the:
- personalized prepaid debit cards,
- non-personalized prepaid debit cards,
- personalized prepaid debit cards for an EUR account,
- non-personalized prepaid debit cards for an EUR account,
- personalized prepaid Business cards,
- non-personalized prepaid Business cards,
- personalized prepaid cards,
- non-personalized prepaid cards,
in the mode specified in the agreement(s). Failure to terminate the agreement(s) shall be considered as an acceptance of the amendment of the Rules.
