From 15th of December 2019, fees for incoming SEPA and EEA transfers in EUR will not be charged. Fees of outgoing transfers will not be higher than fees of the corresponding domestic transfers. The fee for the outgoing SEPA transfer will be adjusted to the level of the fee for an external domestic transfer (send via the Elixir system), while the fee for the EEA transfer in EUR will be adjusted to the level of the fee for a domestic transfer made via the SORBNET2 system (taking into account the differentiation of the fee rate due to the amount of the transfer).

Furthermore, additional fees from outgoing SEPA and EEA transfers in EUR will not be charged, i.e. fees for urgent transfer and SWIFT message.

The changes result from the introduction provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2019/518 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 March 2019 amending Regulation (EC) No. 924/2009.
