We are amending the Tariff of Bank Commissions and Fees at PKO Bank Polski S.A. for Corporate Banking Customers

From 1 October 2026, we are introducing amendments to the Tariff of Bank Commissions and Fees at PKO Bank Polski S.A. for Corporate Banking Customersaimed at restructuring and simplifying the Tariff, as well as updating fees and commissions to reflect market changes, the development of services and the increased costs of providing them.
As part of the amendments, Part II of the Tariff has been separated out for corporate banking customers with annual
revenues of up to PLN 60 million whose accounts are maintained by units serving small corporate customers.
With regard to day to day banking services:
  • we are introducing new commissions or fees - including for:
    • cash deposits and withdrawals via the BLIK system,
    • reports delivered via SWIFT FileAct or Fin+ channels,
  • we are reducing commissions or fees – including for:
    • execution of a SWIFT GPI transfer, we are increasing
  • commissions or fees – including:
    • for the issuance of a one - time code card with a digital public key certificate and reader for the iPKO biznes
  • Integra service,
    • for the provision of the EBICS service,
    • for the initiation of the SWIFT MT101 service, while at the same time introducing a fee for the provision of the
  • service,
    • for the issuance of a prepaid debit card after its cancellation,
  • we are changing some commissions or fees – including:
    • we are dividing the fee for the administration of authorisations by the Bank in the iPKO biznes service into
  • two fees: for the Bank taking over the administration and for each requested change to the configuration,
  • other amendments – including:
    • we are discontinuing the Topping service.

 

For credit products:
  • we have clarified the provision on the commitment fee on the unused amount of the multi - purpose credit line,
  • we have simplified the provision on the prepayment commission,
  • we have clarified the provisions on the loan increase commission.

What happens next?

If you do not agree with the changes – you can terminate the agreement within 14 calendar days from the date when
we notify you of the changes.
If you do not terminate the agreement, the amended Tariff will apply to you from 1 October 2026.
