We are changing the Price list of fees and commissions
04.11.2026
As of 15 December 2026, we are changing the Bank Price list of fees and commissions of PKO Bank Polski S.A. for small and medium-sized enterprises (the “Price list”).
Key changes to the Price list of fees and commissions
- We are changing the names of our online banking channels. Our IKO mobile app will now be called the PKO app, and the iPKO online banking service will be renamed the PKO online banking service. The iPKO biznes online banking service will be renamed PKO Biznes online banking, and the iPKO biznes mobile app will be renamed the PKO Biznes app. Our iPKO dealer online currency exchange service for businesses will also be renamed PKO Dealer; we may also use the name PKO Dealer online currency exchange service for businesses. These changes do not affect the functionality of the individual channels. In our communications, information materials and other documents, we may still use the former names or refer to these channels as the “mobile app” or the “online banking service”.
- We are introducing an exemption from the early repayment fee for the Nasz Remont investment loan after 36 months from the date the loan agreement was concluded.
Accounts
- We are increasing the fee for an over-the-counter cash deposit at a branch for the PKO Konto Firmowe Premium account to 0.6%, min. PLN 20.
- We are changing the way the free transfer limit is calculated. From now on, there will be a single limit covering transfers made both through the mobile app and through the online banking service.
- We are expanding access to the PKO Rachunki Wirtualne (SWRK) service. From now on, holders of the PKO Konto Firmowe and PKO Rachunek Nasza Wspólnota Start accounts will also be able to use this service.
- We are introducing the Notarial Deposit Account, a special auxiliary account intended for notaries, to our product offering.
- The name of instant transfers in EUR has changed. Transfers in EUR previously referred to as TIPS will be called SEPA Instant Credit Transfers in EUR in the current Price list of fees and commissions. SEPA Instant Credit Transfers in EUR count towards the free transfer limit; once the limit is exceeded, a fee of PLN 10/PLN 20 will be charged (depending on the channel used to submit the instruction).
- For the sealed cash deposit service, we are expanding the range of available deposit bags by adding B4-size bags with a pocket.
- We are introducing a fee of PLN 100 for changing the PKO Rachunek Nasza Wspólnota Start package to another package.
- We are increasing the fee for SMS notifications about current account events sent outside the subscription package to PLN 0.50 per SMS.
- We are introducing fees for transfers in PLN and foreign currencies to accounts held by our Bank’s foreign branches for the PKO Rachunek dla Przedsiębiorstw account (under administration). The transfer fee will be PLN 1.50 for a transfer in PLN, PLN 10 for a transfer in a foreign currency made through electronic banking, and PLN 80 for a transfer in PLN or a foreign currency submitted at a branch or via the helpline.
- We are changing the way fees are charged to holders of so-called “account bundles” (under administration). Fees for services or products included in a bundle will be charged in the same way as for the PKO Konto Firmowe Premium account.
Loans
- We are introducing an exemption from the early repayment fee for the Nasz Remont investment loan after 36 months from the date the loan agreement was concluded.
Other services
- We are increasing the fee for opinions and certificates issued to PLN 100 if you submit your request through the PKO online banking service or the PKO app, and to PLN 200 if you submit your instruction at a branch or via the helpline.
- We are increasing the fee for providing information covered by banking secrecy to authorised persons, bodies and institutions to PLN 50.
- We are increasing the fee for providing consolidated information from the Central Information on Bank Accounts to PLN 50.
