Bankowe Towarzystwo Kapitałowe (BTK) was initially a private equity house investing in venture capital projects. In 2008 its business profile was redirected towards provision
of support services to the PKO Bank Polski Capital Group entities, including in particular accounting and bookkeeping, and HR and payroll.
BTK is the majority shareholder of PKO BP Faktoring, a provider of corporate factoring services.
