1 Applies to transfers ordered on the iPKO service or IKO application from a Currency Account held in the same currency, in the SHA cost option (i.e. in the field: "Who will pay the transfer costs" select "Split" and "Standard" in the "Bank Currency Date" field if any currency was exchanged in our online exchange office in the previous or current calendar month (before the transfer order). If you confirm transfers with a code from the card of one-time codes, the additional fee is PLN 0.50
2 How to use the card without currency conversion?
- The transaction must be carried out in the currency of EUR, GBP, USD, CHF, DKK, NOK, SEK, CZK, HUF, TRY
- The bank maintains an account for the customer in the currency of the operation (one of the above-mentioned), which is connected to the card at the time of the transaction
- There must be sufficient funds in the foreign currency account to carry out the transaction
- The customer will not use the DCC (Dynamic Currency Conversion) service available at some ATMs or payment terminals
Their operators may charge fees for cash withdrawals in foreign currencies from ATMs. In addition, when the multi-currency feature of the card is not used, cash withdrawals in foreign currencies, including cross-border payment transactions using a debit card for cash payments, involve a currency conversion fee. The rules for currency conversion of operations are contained in the General Terms and Conditions of Bank Accounts and Provision of Services to Individual Customers by PKO Bank Polski SA.
